Severe Allergies At School:
- Severe Allergies: Put any previous Anaphylactic shock symptoms from a severe allergic reactions on your child's ER Health Card & inform the Health staff. If Epi-Pen is to be given during the school day to prevent life threatening complications; the medication & dosage needs to be ordered by a medical provider, & the Epi-Pen provided by the family.
